​Abstract Submission Rules
Abstract submission deadline:  Midnight Sunday 20th October 2024
Abstract results announcement :  26th October 2024

 

All accepted abstracts and conference attendees must register using the link below

Open to medical students, foundation and surgical trainees, junior and senior clinical fellows

Abstract submissions should be sent to acemedicineconference@outlook.com with the subject line 'Abstract Submission' followed by your name

The abstract should be no longer than 250 words (not including the title) and be submitted as text only. No graphics or tables are allowed. 

Abstracts should be pasted into the email (not a separate document) and formatted in 4 sections as follows: Aims, Methods, Results, Conclusion.

Your grade e.g. FY2 should be written clearly on the page. 

Maximum of 2 abstracts for submission per individual.

Evidence of falsification of results, plagiarism and/or misrepresentation will be treated as professional misconduct

Abstract does not need to be AI themed however there will be a separate oral presentation prize category for AI in surgery
